Communications and Media production for 5th Lake Chad Basin Governors Forum

Introduction

Under the supervision of the UNDP WACA Head of Communications, the firm will be expected to deliver the following results over the duration of the contract:

Pre-Event (CSO Forum and Governors’ Forum) – 13 Days

•    Produce 2 daily highlight videos of the Governors’ Forum of about 1:30 min each and at least 100 well edited photos per day (200 in total).
•    Produce b-roll footage of the venue, the city and drone footage consisting of a variety of shots.
•    Produce 2 promo videos one for the CSO Forum and one for the LCB Governors’ Forum not exceeding 1 min each
•    Develop 5 short video interviews with officials and participants of the CSO and Governors’ Forum not exceeding 1:30 min each (important to have at least 2 to 3 videos of CSO representatives, including youth and women, to highlight their roles in stabilization process and expectations and importance of GF).
•    Develop 5 welcome videos/goodwill statements for the LCB Governors’ Forum not exceeding 1:30 min each
•    Produce 1 arrival video and at least 15 photos of the UNDP Regional Director for Africa not exceeding 1:15 min
•    Produce 1 combined arrival video and at least 50 photos of the LCBC Executive Secretary, the AUC Commissioner and other partners not exceeding 1:30

During Event (CSO Forum and LCB Governors’ Forum) – 5 Days

•    Produced 3 daily highlight videos that includes b-roll, remarks, drone footage and a variety of other shots with final video products not exceeding 1:30 mins each
•    Conduct and develop at least 15 interviews with participants to produce short form content for social media not exceeding 1:30 mins each
•    Produce and edit at least 20 photos on the go for posting on social media everyday.
•    Produce and select at least 300 edited photos for entire duration of the event
•    Promote content on social media platforms. Always use hashtags #RegionalStabilisationFacility  and #LCBC

Post-Event – 4 Days

 •    Produce 1 overall 2 min highlight video of the forum week (CSO forum and LCB Governors’ Forum)
•    Produce 12 session highlight videos and photos (Individual sessions, closing and opening ceremony and bilaterals)
•    Produce photo and video bank of the event and share via link preferably Google Drive.
•    Provide all edited and b-roll footage in four 8TB SSD external hard drives.

The firm will be responsible for translating all developed materials (and adding subtitles in English and French).
