Introduction

Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine hereby invites you to submit a Quotation to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) UNDP-UKR-01106:

Lot 1: 1 (one) Modular office of 26.4 m2 for MD SES, consisting of 2 (two) connected modules (Delivery location - Dnipro).

Lot 2: 1 (one) Modular office of 23.6 m2 for the MD SES, consisting of 2 (two) connected modules (Delivery location - Zaporizhzhia).

Lot 3: 1 (one) Modular office (police station) of 17,4 m2 for the MD NP, consisting of 1(one) module (Delivery location - Zaporizhzhia).

Lot 4: 2 (two) Modular office (police station) of 20,4 m2 for the MD NP, consisting of 1(one) module each (Delivery location - Kherson).

Lot 5: 1 (one) Trailer for a mobile office for the SES (Delivery location - Dnipro).

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.

Search for the specific tender using search filters and subscribe to the tender in order to get notifications in case of amendments of the tender document. 


The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on December 19, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. (Kyiv time) via Microsoft Teams.

Interested bidders are required to register for Pre-Bidding Conference by submitting their company name, list of attending representatives and their contact information at the following e-mail:

Meeting details, Microsoft Teams link will be provided directly to the bidders who express interest to participate by accepting invitation and request by email.

- Guides for suppliers:

- Bidders must send their inquiries and requests for clarifications related to Terms of Reference / Specification / Other bidding documents using the messaging functionality in the portal.

- Documents can be submitted in English or Ukrainian languages.

ATTENTION: 

Quotations shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. Quotations shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such offers shall be disqualified.
