Introduction
Addendum#1 is issued to amend the following criteria under RFP UNDP-AFG-00636 dated 19 May 2025 and is hereby replaced with the following changes: Addendum#1 and 2 is uploaded with this submission
1. Please refer to the detailed evaluation criteria under section 1.2 has been revised and reduced from
100,000 clients loans served with credits loans to 50,000 clients.
2. Further, the proposal submission deadline has been extended from 3 June 2025 to 10 June 2025.
3. An additional pre-proposal conference will be held online via Microsoft Teams as per the
following details:

Contract award to one or more proposer | UNDP will award a contract to: One or more Bidders, depending on the following factors: [Evaluation of bids and award of contracts shall be made on LOT-wise basis with additional following consideration: 1.
