REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) Hiring of an Engineering Supervising Firm to supervise civil works construction projects Procurement Reference No: GF/RFQ/23/007 The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a C19RM grant in Sudan that involves renovation, rehabilitation of health facilities and health facility administration offices, Covid isolation centres and WASH facilities. UNDP requires services of an Engineering Supervising Firm to supervise construction projects at 10 civil works sites that have been awarded to contractors as detailed in Annex 1 Schedule of Requirements and TORs.
Companies that qualify for financial evaluation shall be retained on the UNDP list of Engineering Supervising Firms pre-qualified to supervise civil works construction projects. Quotations should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
