RFP- International Consultancy Firm for the Provision of Minigrid Policy, Regulatory, and Digital Licensing Frameworks under the Africa Minigrid Program – Sudan
OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICE / WORK
The overall objective of this consultancy work is to advance stakeholder ownership in a national minigrid delivery model and adopt appropriate policies and regulations to facilitate investment in renewable minigrids (as per Component 1 of the AMP Sudan project).
Task 1: Conduct an Inclusive National Dialogue on Minigrid Delivery Models in Sudan
Task 2: Develop and Establish a Registration process for Low Voltage minigrids and disseminate among stakeholders .
Task 3: Develop and Establish a full Minigrid Regulatory Framework with a streamlined licensing process and clear rules and requirements, and disseminate among stakeholders .
