Introduction
Dear Service provider,
UNDP would like to procure Provision of Air Ticketing and Travel Management Services on Long term Agreement (LTA) basis as per the Terms of Reference and Branding guidelines, and Request for Proposal document attached.
Please submit your proposal online through quantum not later than 14th October 2025 , addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should show clearly your tax identification number, TIN.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
