Introduction
EVENT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION SERVICES FOR NJFP 2.0 LAUNCH
UNDP Nigeria is seeking the services of an event management firm based in Abuja with demonstrable experience in executing similar events of the nature stipulated in the TOR.
The firm will be expected to provide end-to-end event management, branding, and production services for the NJFP 2.0 launch.
• Develop a creative visual identity for the event aligned with NJFP’s brand guidelines.
• Design and produce branding materials including banners, backdrops, roll-ups, stage branding, directional signage, and podium design.
• Create digital and print-ready artwork for invitations, programmes, and communication collateral.
• Booth design and set-up for host organizations, exhibitors and job fair participants (including modular stands, branded counters, and furniture).
• Breakout session rooms set up with flexible seating, sound systems, and presentation screens.
• Main plenary hall design, including stage, LED screens, projectors, sound, lighting, and podium.
• Provision of televisions/monitors in booths and breakout spaces for live streaming or presentations.
• Café/lounge-style relaxation area with light décor, refreshments, and networking zones.
• Audio-visual equipment (sound systems, microphones, speakers, LED walls, projectors).
• Live streaming equipment for virtual participation.
• Lighting design to enhance ambience, creativity, and professionalism.
• Power back-up solutions.
• On-site coordination of exhibitors, vendors, and logistics staff.
• Registration and accreditation desk set-up with digital or manual systems.
• Production of event photography, videography, and media.
• Dismantling and clearing of all installations.
• Submission of a post-event report with photos, videos, and lessons learned.
