We kindly requests you to submit your proposal for the assignment IC/2023/019 - National Consultant on Environmental Impact Assessment Law Amendment . UNDP project " SEPA Environmental Governance Programme" aims to support countries to integrate environment and human rights into the governance of the mining sector. Thus, the aim of this assignment for a national consultant is to assist the WG in elaboration of the draft law amendments with conduct of a research on developing proposals for updating the categories of projects for general EIA and a research on decision-making and implementation structure of EIA procedure, providing proposals for the update and institutional changes
The duration of assignment is 60 days (over 6 months) from April 2023

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
