| Synopsis : The objective of the assignment is to conduct a mid-term evaluation of the project outputs in terms of their: relevance; impact; effectiveness; efficiency; sustainability; gender; theory of change or results/outcome map; stakeholders and partnership strategy. The mid-term evaluation should also provide recommendations for any improvements that can be made for the continuation of the project |
