Scope of Services The purpose of this assignment is to support the CBARD project management team with the development of tools and plans to ensure full compliance with corporate SES policy and execute the recommendations made in the SES screening carried out in 2022. The service provider will analyze the project activities, conduct field visits to the project sites and conduct interviews with all relevant stakeholders to identify potential sources of grievances and develop a practical grievance redress mechanism in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, the service provider will be expected to collect primary and secondary information from a variety of sources as part of the assessments and develop the targeted plans described in the sub-sections below.
