1. Objective
The United Nations in Lesotho is seeking reliable service providers to deliver dedicated primary full TCP/IP Internet services for its agencies. The service must be provided on a fixed monthly fee basis, ensuring consistent availability and performance.

The service is expected to be highly stable and reliable.
The service provider must be able to increase bandwidth upon request. The successful provider must ideally have 24x7x365 coverage for technical assistance and/or helpdesk facilities.
