Introduction
Dear Vendor,
UNDP would like to enter into a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of Cleaning, Housekeeping, Gardening, Fumigation and Pest Control services for the UN Global Pulse (UNGP) located at Plot 60 Malcolm X Close, Kololo, as per the Terms of Reference (TOR) attached:
A mandatory group site inspection will be conducted at the premises as per the below details, and must carry National/or Passport ID

- Location: UNGP office, Plot 60, Malcolm X Close at 10:00 am Prompt.

Please submit your bid on your letterhead that should be signed and stamped on the Quantum supplier portal, not later than indicated date in Quantum, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should clearly show your tax identification number, TIN.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
