Introduction
UNDP is seeking an experienced service provider for a cleaning contract at the newly expanded One UN House in Samoa. The scope of work details specific frequencies:
Daily: Cleaning offices, hallways, and verandas (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying trash).
Twice Daily: Servicing high-traffic kitchens and restrooms (sanitizing, mopping, cleaning sinks/toilets, replenishing supplies like soap and toilet tissue).
Weekly: Performing thorough cleaning, such as dusting window ledges, watering plants, and deep cleaning furniture.
