Contract type: Individual Contract (IC)

Duration:  December 2025 – August 2026 (estimated 45 consultancy days)

Duty station: Yerevan, Armenia (Home-Based with occasional office visits)

Description of the Assignment: The main objective of this assignment is to provide targeted support to UNDP on the IT and digitalization aspects of the project, ensuring that the Digital Voucher System is developed, piloted, and delivered in full compliance with the approved Terms of Reference and meets the technical, functional, and business requirements of both UNDP and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MLSA). The assignment will focus on overseeing the development and piloting processes to ensure quality assurance, system reliability, and final validation. In addition, the assignment will support Nork Technology Center in addressing government interoperability platform-related matters, including data mapping, identification mechanisms, and integration-related technical issues, to ensure seamless system functionality and alignment with national digital infrastructure standards.
