1. Introduction
The project involves Upgrading the Public Addressing system in the UNCC Control Room, located in Tripoli, Libya. The contractor is required to deliver a fully functional system that meets the specified requirements and adheres to all applicable safety standards.
2. Scope of Work Overview
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
A. Integration of two TOA VM-2240 amplifiers into a unified PA system as detailed in the bill of quantities.
B. Supply and Install Emergency Voice Message and Alarm System as detailed in the bill of quantities.
C. Supply and Installation of Wall Mount Speakers as detailed in the bill of quantities.
D. Supply and Installation of LV Cable 4c x 2.5 (mm²) as detailed in the bill of quantities.
E. Supply and Installation of Wire size 1.5 (mm²) as detailed in the bill of quantities.
F. Supply and Installation of Aluminum Cable Tray as detailed in the bill of quantities.
4. Project Schedule
- The project must be completed within the 30 days, with milestones set for the delivery of materials, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- A detailed schedule will be provided upon project commencement, outlining specific deadlines for each stage of the project.
5. Quality Assurance
- All materials and components used must meet the specified quality standards and be approved by the client before installation.
- Workmanship must be of the highest quality, ensuring a professional finish and reliable operation of all systems.
6. Safety and Compliance
- All work must comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- The contractor must implement all necessary safety measures to protect workers, client personnel, and property during the installation process.
7. Acceptance Criteria
- The project will be deemed complete when all systems are installed, tested, and approved by the client.
- The contractor must address any deficiencies or issues identified during the final inspection to the client’s satisfaction.
- Final payment will be made upon successful project completion and client approval.
