Título profesional y Maestría en alguna de las siguientes áreas del conocimiento: (i) Ciencias Sociales y Humanas o (ii) Ingeniería o Arquitectura o Urbanismo o (iii) Economía o Administración o Contaduría. La propuesta debe enviarse directamente en el portal antes de la fecha límite indicada en el portal Quantum Cualquier solicitud de aclaración debe enviarse por escrito a través de la funcionalidad de mensajería en el portal.
