Terms of Reference cover the full range of services necessary for the organization and delivery of the desired trainings, including coordination with the International Consultant, selection and hiring of trainers, logistics, rent of premises, catering, publication of training materials, etc (please refer to the Annex 1 for details). All trainings shall be conducted in an in-person format unless UNDP specifically agrees to otherwise (subject to written negotiation and agreement). The company/organisation should closely cooperate with the Supreme Court and Judicial Training Centre under the Supreme Court, and also with the Union of Lawyers, Universities, CSOs and other and any other partners identified by UNDP. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
