| Introduction :
UNDP anticipates preparing a proposal to host the Policy and Technology Secretariat Services of the IATI, and wishes to engage a qualified technology contractor. Within the overall scope of work expected for the Policy and Technology Secretariat Services, UNDP plans to lead the provision of services for (1) accountability structure, (5) community and communications; and (6) Policy and Administrative Services, and contribute to the provision of (2) Stewardship of the IATI Standard, (3) Technical Infrastructure and (4) Publisher and User Support. UNDP will also provide programme management oversight for all the areas to ensure the effective, efficient and quality delivery of all the services.
UNDP wishes to engage a qualified technology contractor in two phases. The first phase is to assist with the preparation of a proposal by UNDP to host the IATI Policy and Technical Secretariat, and the second phase is to provide the services as outlined in the proposal and as approved by the IATI Governing Bodies.
