Invitation to Submit an Offer for International Consultant - Sub-regional Digital Specialist (maximum 4 positions)


The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking to establish Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with up to four (4) experienced and qualified Digital Transformation experts to grow and scale the UNDP Digital Transformation offer across the Asia and Pacific region. The consultants are expected to be based out in UNDP Country Offices in Viet Nam, Indonesia, Pakistan and Samoa.

We hereby invite you to submit an offer for this particular assignment.  To assist you in understanding the requirements of this assignment, we have attached hereto the following : 

  • The Terms of Reference for the assignment described above;
  • The standard Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability, which you must accomplish and submit to UNDP; and
  • The Individual Contract and its General Terms and Conditions, which you would be expected to sign in the event you are the selected Offeror in this procurement process.  

Interested candidate can apply to more than one position/country and must clearly indicate the position/country(ies) of which they are applying to. The award of the contract for each position/country will be made to the individual consultant whose offer has been evaluated and determined as technically responsive and having received the highest combined technical and financial score in the evaluation process.

Should you be interested and decide to submit an offer for this assignment, kindly submit directly in the UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal no later than the deadline indicated in the system. If any discrepancy between deadline in the system and in deadline indicated elsewhere, deadline in the system prevails. In case of any question, please reach out using the "Message" function in the system. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
