Description of the Assignment:   Le/la consultant(e) effectuera les tâches suivantes :

·       Recherche approfondie et rapport sur l'état des relations villes campagnes et de son développement dans le contexte du Sénégal (cet exercice guidera la collecte de données en fonction des lacunes/problèmes en suspens) ;

• État des lieux des disparités (selon les points d'entrée des Principes directeurs)
• Évaluation de l'intégration des rapports villes-campagnes dans les politiques  
• Leviers d'action (Recommandation).

·       Sensibiliser l’ensemble des parties prenantes intervenant dans les interrelations urbain-rural ;

·       Identifier les besoins locaux en renforcement des capacités en vue de la prise en compte des liens urbain-rural dans les politiques et stratégies nationales ;

·       Elaborer des recommandations pour la prise en compte des relations villes campagnes dans les Politiques Urbaines Nationales ;

·       Proposer une stratégie de prise en compte des relations Villes Campagnes dans les Politiques
