Introduction :
Based on the outcome of focus group discussions with members of the Agbozume Kente Weavers and Traders Association and meetings with community leaders and other influencers, the objective of the assignment is to construct a weaving centre with the following components: - · An enclosed weaving area to accommodate up to 25 Kente weavers and their looms
- · Showroom/Gallery for the display of Kente products
- · Small storage room for keeping weaving accessories.
- · A lavatory with sanitary appliances and fittings for weavers and visitors (optional)
