Over the years, NETFUND organization has played a critical role in supporting environmental initiatives in the country through the Environmental Awards scheme. However, the organization is yet to fully realize its potential due to several factors including organizational capacity and limitations associated with interpretation of the mandate as spelt out in the EMCA. It is upon this background that the organization, with support from UNDP and the USAID intends to engage a qualified consultant firm to provide technical assistance towards institutional strengthening and transformation of NETFUND. The purpose of this consultancy is to strengthen the capacity of the organization through a transformation plan for NETFUND to undertake and play its role as the principal fund for the environmental sector. In the course of preparing and submitting your proposal , it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it is submitted into the system before the deadline.
