| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Cambodia is looking for up to two Individual Contractors to perform the above-mentioned assignment. Interested offeror must download the attached Individual Consultant Procurement Notice, Term of Reference, and the Document Templates to be included when submitting application. Any request for clarification/additional information on the procurement notice shall be communicated in writing to UNDP office or send to email pheara.lek@undp.org and cc procurement.kh@undp.org while the Procurement Unit would endeavor to provide information expeditiously, only requests receiving at least 5 working days prior to the submission deadline will be entertained. Any delay in providing such information will not be considered as a reason for extending the submission deadline. The UNDP's response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be posted on the individual Consultant (IC) Procurement Notice. Proposal: (i) Explaining why they are the most suitable for the work (ii) A written sample to prove strong communication skills in designing communication and outreach materials for an organization (ii) Provide a brief methodology on how they will approach and conduct the work (if applicable) 2.
