| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 qualified national consultancy firm to conduct an extensive Consumer Research on Plastic. (Ref. 2-200601) The Contractor will be expected to: - Identify the value-action gaps of different target groups of citizens, to understand the reasons why their personal and cultural values or attitudes do not systematically correlate to their actions; in order to design and deliver effective interventions;
- Identify media habits and preferences of the citizens and the appropriate communication channels to reach them.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
