| Overview : Interested companies are requested to fill out the below questionnaire, attaching all supporting documentation where specifically requested. If you are an international company, please provide information and documentation relating to your permits and licenses for your local presence in this country. Please note that attachments should be provided to support each answer to the questions. All questions must be answered directly and clearly. Extraneous information that are not directly responding to the questions will only constrain the ability of UNDP to positively assess the company alignment with UNDP requirements. Companies/Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedure set out in the UNDP Procurement Guidelines and UNDP Financial Rules and Regulations. The RFI and accompanying documents must be received in inquiry.procurement.sd@undp.org no later 24 June 2020 clearly labeled “Event Management Services”. Emails received after the above deadline will not be considered. RFI from companies failing to provide the request information will be disregarded. Invitations to bid and/or any subsequent action will be issued in accordance with the rule and procedures of UNDP. This RFI does not entail any commitment on the part of UNDP, either financial or otherwise. UNDP reserve the right to accept or reject any or all RFI without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds. |
