| Overview : Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the provision of “Digital tools to strengthen the digital infrastructure of the Assembly to ensure their proper functioning and allow for virtual means of communications, meetings, and sessions.”, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. This procurement process is conducted through UNDP eTendering online system. Interested applicants must register in the system in order to access the additional documents. For the first time registrants, use the following details to login and create access: https://etendering.partneragencies.org Username: event.guest Password: why2change Detailed instruction on how to register in the system can be found in the link http://procurement-notices.undp.org (eTendering Bidder Training Guide) The Quotations should be received trough E-tendering system no later than 29 July 2020 as indicated on eTendering system Any extensions or other amendments to the solicitation documents will be posted in the eTendering system. Bidders are encouraged to click on “Accept invitation” button in order to receive automatic notifications id such amendments occur. |
