| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant to conduct a study on international law and foreign laws on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters and recommendations for Viet Nam (Ref: T200704) The objectives of the evaluation are (1) to identify and analyze a set of international laws and foreign laws on MLA in criminal matters (2) to conduct of a review of the legal framework for MLA in criminal matters in Viet Nam and (3) to identify best practices and produce concrete and practical recommendations for a new Law on MLA in criminal matters in Viet Nam Procurement Notice with enclosed TOR and evaluation criteria are in the attached files.
