| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 International Consultant to review the impacts of the project Energy Efficiency Improvement in Commercial and High-Rise Residential Buildings in Viet Nam (Ref. 3-210101) The Project Energy Efficiency Improvement in Commercial and High-Rise Residential Buildings in Viet Nam aims to reduce intensity of GHG emissions from the building sector in Viet Nam was designed for 4-year period from 2016 – 2020 and was extended until Mar 31, 2021. The project objective is to improve the energy utilization performance of commercial and high-rise residential buildings in Viet Nam. The objective of this assignment is to calculate and assess the project’s results and impacts based on the review of the project’s achievements and its corresponding targets. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. Interested individual consultants must submit the following documents/information (in English, PDF Format): - Curriculum vitae with copies of required certifications;
- Signed Letter to UNDP Confirming Interest and Availability (Annex IV)
- Signed Financial Offer (Annex V)
- Required supporting documents, i.e., 2 examples of English reports/documents as per mentioned in the evaluation criteria
