| Overview : UNDP Pacific Office in Fiji is seeking for services of a qualified individual to undertake the responsibility of the Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) under the Kiribati LDCF Project. The primary responsibility of the Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) is to provide technical guidance, monitoring oversight, and assisting the Kiribati LDCF1 Project Manager in monitoring and ensuring that the project is implemented effectively and efficiently within the allocated resources at its disposal and within the project’s timeframe. The duration of assignment is for 150 days until 2022. The consultant will be home based. Refer attached detailed Terms of Reference (PN/FJ/007/21). Interested individual consultants must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications. Please group them into one (1) single PDF document as the application only allows to upload maximum one document: Cover letter, including a) a brief description of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment. Personal CV, indicating all past experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of at least three (3) professional references. Note: Successful individual will be required to provide proof of medical insurance coverage before commencement of contract for the duration of the assignment including signing UNDP declaration on statement of good health. Incomplete and joint proposals may not be considered. Consultants with whom there is further interest will be contacted.
