The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Libya Country Office hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Your bid, comprising of a Technical bid and financial bid, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through eTendering online system and by the deadline indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a bid by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than 10 March 2021 at 09:00 hrs. EDT/EST.  If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.  

 

Please notice that the site visit is mandatory. Bidders not attending the site visit, will NOT be considered for evaluation.

An organized site visit, subject to government movement restrictions, is arranged for 3 of March 2021, at below place and timing.
