Rehabilitation of the Youth Center Building for PBF project, in Sirte Municipality, Libya.

Section 1. Letter of Invitation

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Libya Country Office hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

This ITB includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet:

An organized site visit, subject to government movement restrictions, is arranged for 11 of March 2021, at below place and timing. 

Location: The youth center building is in area No 2 in the Sirte Municipality 

Coordinates: 31°12'34.7"N & 16°34'17.9"E.

Time: 11.00 hours Libya Time.

Your bid, comprising of a Technical bid and financial bid, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through eTendering online system and by the deadline indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a bid by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than 18 March 2021 at 09:00 hrs. EDT/EST. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records    

If you have received this ITB through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires notifying UNDP accordingly.
