| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Project Technical Advisor for Energy Efficiency Improvement in Commercial and High-Rise Residential Buildings in Viet Nam (72 working days)’ The National Project Technical Advisor shall report to the National Project Manager (NPM) and National Project Director (NPD) and be responsible for (i) ensuring the best quality and progress of project inputs and outputs in accordance with the Project Document and project context through strategic advice to NPM/PMU, the technical team and project consultants, especially policy-related ones; and (ii) advise UNDP and/or PMU to successfully close the project, sustain project results with emphasis on policy inputs.
