| Overview : The UNDP SDP is in its second year of implementation and expanding to support a greater number of SMEs in Botswana. In its growth, there is a greater focus on providing support to women and youth owned business as well as an increased number of touch points with the private sector as whole beyond the programme itself. As such, the UNDP-SDP seeks to develop a radio show focused on business development in Botswana. The show will serve as a platform to to showcase the work of the UNDP-SDP, highlight UNDP’s work in relation to private sector development and to discuss the challenges faced by businesses in Botswana as well as the potential solutions. The overall objective of the consultancy is to: (1) develop content to be aired on Radio for UNDP’s Supplier Development Programme (SDP) and other UNDP Private Sector related work; (2) secure a drive time slot on leading corporate or business radio station; (3) ensure adequate promotion for the radio show; (4) produce periodical reports evaluating the progress of the show. |
