| Overview : UNDP is looking for 01 National consultant to Develop a plan for phasing out of the use of chemicals in other sectors. The overall goal of the consultancy is to provide supports to IC, UNDP CO and MOIT/VINACHEMIA in the implementation of the activity: “Develop a plan for phasing out of the use of chemicals in other sector”. To conduct a review of the use and release harmful chemical in selected sectors of chemical industry and others and propose a viable approach to the plan to reduce the use of them. The national consultant will work closely and share accountability to generate quality deliverables as defined in the Section 4 - Deliverables. The National consultant will perform the assigned tasks, whereas there might be an International consultant to provide guidance/support to the NC and get the work accomplished as a team.
