A contractor for the refurbishment work on board soon. The refurbishment work involves replacing old wooden windows primarily to prevent the loss of energy due to air conditioning leakages as well as to prevent possible health issues caused by increasing air pollution. UNDP is seeking to hire a consultant engineer to help UNDP in supervision of the work to ensure that the refurbishment is completed on time and with the expected quality.
