| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Firm/Institution/Organization for Development of household-level database for 14 coastal provinces. The contractor is expected to to carry out the task of setting up a database integrating population data (location, coordinates) and GPS information into the Vietnamese Disaster Monitoring System (VNDMS) for 14 disaster-prone coastal provinces in central Viet Nam, contributing to the creation of a complete sharing of database information for national DRM. Following are the key outcomes of this consultancy service: 1. The database of households (with GPS location information) in 14 coastal provinces facing disaster risks is developed and integrated into the VNDMS. 2. The database provides automated information when there are updates, additions, or changes to serve the function of analyzing disaster risks for houses and residents in vulnerable coastal provinces in the VNDMS.
