| Overview : On behalf of the Ministry of Gender and Youth, Sports and Recreation, UNDP is looking for a gender expert to undertake a gender equality assessment in government, focusing on the selected pilot ministries to determine extent to which government adopts gender equality and women’s empowerment in its policies, programs, budgets, plans and develop recommendation and action plan to roll out and adopt the process into all finance sections of the government processes. The consultant shall also design and implementation programme to be piloted in three ministries, including Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Development Planning, and the Ministry of Gender and Youth, Sports and Recreation. |
