| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant to conduct an evaluative exercise (incl. evaluability assessment) of the UNDP Innovation Facility that takes stock of progress and achievements in order to generate useful learning and evidence to inform adaptation of the Innovation Facility approach under its continued implementation and future roll out over the period 2022-2025. This includes undertaking 8-10 case studies of instances where Innovation Facility supported initiatives appear to have contributed to broader changes / spin-offs in in UNDP and beyond. Spin-offs does in this connection entail efforts that pick up and apply system transformation capabilities, approaches or discourse co-developed by the Innovation Facility in other policy areas or organizational contexts.
