| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 International Consultant and 2 National Consultants for reforming Viet Nam’s development banks to increase the supply of long-term domestic financing for infrastructure and private investment, including in the fields of renewable energy and sustainable agriculture. International Consultant: 15 working days National Consultant-Senior Researcher: 45 working days National Consultant -Researcher: 35 working days The key objective of the assignment is to Review the performance of Viet Nam Development Bank and the Viet Nam Bank for Social Policy, in comparison with similar institutions in the region in terms of their size, capital structure, governance, products, financial indicators (return on equity, NPLs, capital adequacy) and achievements, Based on relevant experiences of other middle-income countries, recommend reforms to the structure, governance, products and strategy of the Viet Nam Development Bank and the Viet Nam Bank for Social Policy, that will enable them to increase the supply of long-term domestic financing for infrastructure and private investment, including in the fields of renewable energy and sustainable agriculture.
