| Overview : This is a Request for Information (RFI) from national and/or international companies for potential partnership with UNDP in delivering outputs for development projects requiring expertise and experience in warehouse management. The main purpose of this RFI is to identify companies that can provide end to end warehousing services for pharmaceuticals (room temperature, control room and cold chain) and medical supplies purchased by UNDP with Global Fund funding under the HIV Grant detail of commodities to be stored attached as Annexure-A. The Service Provider(s) should be able to store antiretroviral and other related commodities. The scope of the Service Provider’s assignments shall include: - The reception, warehousing, inventory management, picking and packing of orders of designated health products for the HIV program, ensuring traceability of every batch.
The scope of work requires the Service Provider to offer for warehousing services at central level in compliance with MQAS (Model Quality Assurance System as developed under WHO) and as per Good Distribution Practices (GDP). |
