DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS

1. INTRODUCTION:

In this RFI, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on behalf of 11 UN Agencies in BiH, intends to identify potential suppliers for lease of Office Premises and Services to the UN Agencies in Sarajevo, BiH.

This RFI will be a part of the market research aiming to identify service providers capable of providing lease of Office Premises and Services to the UN Agencies in BiH. This market research shall be conducted at NO COST TO THE UNITED NATIONS. Suppliers may be requested, as a part of this RFI, to present to UNDP their product.

This announcement is a Request For Information (RFI) - not a solicitation for offers and, accordingly, no contract will be awarded based on this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. There is no solicitation available at this time. Your responses, as a result of this announcement, shall focus on providing recommendations for the requirements as detailed in the attached Specific Requirements Document. Information provided in the RFI may be used by UNDP in acquisition documents.

UNDP appreciates your participation in this market research and emphasizes that this efforts for planning purposes only. Responses will not be treated as proposals, however they may be used to create any subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) / Invitation to Bid (ITB). Respondents should clearly mark any proprietary information submitted in response to this RFI.
