Overview :

UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of food solar dryers as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents:

Section 2: RFQ Instructions and Data

Annex 1:  Schedule of Requirements

Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form

Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer

 When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2.

Please note that this procurement process is being conducted through the online tendering system of UNDP. Bidders who wish to submit an offer must be registered in the system. The deadline of submission is on 27th October 2021 at time as indicated on e-tendering system.

Kindly note that a pre-bid conference will be conducted. The purpose of this meeting is to strengthen the capacity of bidders with etendering submission.

Teleconference Meeting Date:

20 October 2021 Time: 15:00 (Lusaka time).

Interested bidders are invited to send a request for this meeting attendance, by 19 October 2021 11am Lusaka time at the latest at procurement.zm@undp.org cc andrianasolo.zana@undp.org /subject: RFQ 065-Pre-bid meeting.
