| Overview : Context of the Requirement The purpose of this consultancy is to turn young people’s views of the future of Tana River county into digital illustrations. These views have either been hand-written or hand drawn. The illustrations should build on young people’s imaginations (pictures, stories, songs, poems, etc.) and should show what they think the future might look like in their school, neighborhood, county, etc. according to their imaginations. The digital illustrations should respond to the young people’s views of what people will be doing, how things will look different and what other changes they can imagine. Art can imitate life or imagine what life could be. By using existing images and writings made by young people, we also hope to inspire youth to use art to better understand the nature of their future and begin to consider what they hope to see from it. Brief Description of the Required Services We are looking for a talented firm to recreate original pieces of artwork for print and digital publication. If you can use your creative skills to turn messages and ideas into appealing illustrations, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, the firm will create illustrations that meet quality standards under ambitious deadlines. List and Description of Expected Outputs to be Delivered Deliverables: - Prepare rough drafts according to requirements.
- Combine hand-drawing and handwriting with digital media to create complete illustrations.
- Refine designs with illustration software.
- Use various colors, graphics and effects to better visualize each concept.
- Format images using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Apply isometric techniques to add perspective to complex shapes.
- Participate in design briefs with the client (UNDP Accelerator Lab) to identify their needs.
- Ensure that illustrations meet quality and color standards.
- Brainstorm with the team to come up with new ideas, patterns and styles.

Offerors MUST Provide links of previous work demonstrating scope of experience and relevant expertise and CVs of the team indicating all past experience from similar projects and specifying the relevant assignment period (from/to), as well as the email and telephone contacts of at least three (3) professional references.
