| Overview : Dear Sir / Madam: UNDP is kindly request you to submit your Proposal to this request for proposal for The Waste Management for Improved Livelihoods and Resilience. The project objective is to mprove the livelihoods and resilience of those involved in waste management in Eswatini, especially women and youth and to strengthen the sustainability of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the waste sector by supporting the development of sustainable innovative solutions for waste management that promote a circular economy. Please be guided by the Terms of Refernce attached hereto as SECTION 5, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before Monday, November 15, 2021 and via email, to the address below: bidsubmission.sz@undp.org Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 2 months. In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline.
