| Overview : We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for RFP 40-21 provision of the following services: 1. Preparation of the updated Decree on the Methodology for Calculation of Competitiveness Index of Local Government Units in Montenegro and 2. Calculation of New Competitiveness Index in line with the updated Decree The competitiveness index is used for establishing the degree of competitiveness of LG units and, for the purpose of the index calculation, it is necessary to consider qualitative and quantitative indicators for each LG unit, which form two competitiveness factors - business environment and business sector that dominantly affect the competitiveness of a certain region. Ever changing circumstances affecting the business environment and business sector operation, imposed the necessity of updating the Methodology for competitiveness index calculation, in order to follow new trends and respond to newly emerged needs, which will be followed by competitiveness index calculation for all municipalities that is done on a regular basis. |
