| Overview : UNDP Samoa kindly invites your company to submit a proposal for the COVID-19 Preparedness and Recovery: Diversification of the Economic Sector in Samoa (CPRDESS Project) as detailed in the eTendering event herewith. Kindly note that this ITB was previously advertised as ITB2021/WSM/01, previous applicants need to reapply through this new event ID. This Invitation to Bid comprises the following documents which can be downloaded when you register on eTendering; - Section 1: This Letter of Invitation

- Section 3: Bid Data Sheet (BDS)
- Section 4: Evaluation Criteria
- Section 5: Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications
- Section 6: Returnable Bidding Forms
When preparing your proposal, please be guided by the Instructions and Bid Data Sheet. Note that proposals must be submitted using the returnable bidding forms and uploaded to eTendering, instructions below. DO NOT LEAVE the upload of your submissions to the last day. Emailed submission (of proposals) will not be considered. It is your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is submitted on or before the deadline. Kindly note to download the UNDP General Terms and Conditions for contracts and also for Civil Works from this notice for your information and agreement when submitting your proposal. Ensure you create your account on the eTendering link below FIRST (if you have not done so), then search for the event ID for this ITB under Business Unit WSM10, Event ID # #0000011478. The system will not accept your proposal by due time of Monday 15 February, 2022, 11:59pm. Thank you and we look forward to receiving your proposals. |
