Deseamos invitarle a participar en el proceso de SdC - 4924 PAN 2022 – ACUERDO A LARGO PLAZO (LTA) PARA LOS SERVICIOS DE HOTELES EN LA PROVINCIA DE COLON.

Las aplicaciones a este proceso se deben realizar a través del sistema eTendering.

Para presentar su oferta debe registrarse creando su nombre de usuario y pasword en el siguiente link: en https://etendering.partneragencies.org.

Una vez registrado favor confirmar la aceptación a participar de este proceso utilizando la función “Accept Invitation” (Aceptar invitación) en el sistema eTendering. Esto le permitirá recibir las modificaciones o actualizaciones que se realicen a este proceso.

Se llevará a cabo conferencia previa del proceso para los proveedores interesados como se detalla a continuación:

Conferencia Previa Fecha: 9 de febrero de 2022 Hora: 10:30 a.m. Hora de la República de Panamá.

Lugar: Vía zoom. El coordinador del PNUD para la organización es: Unidad de Adquisiciones.

Los interesados deberán confirmar su participación a través del siguiente Correo electrónico: adquisiciones.pa@undp.org.

El correo debe hacer referencia al número del proceso 4924 PAN 2022 y el mismo deberá estar en posesión de la Unidad de Adquisiciones del PNUD a más tardar a las 4:00 p.m. Hora de la República de Panamá del día hábil anterior a la fecha programada para la Conferencia Previa.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: La fecha límite para presentar ofertas es Hasta el día 21 de febrero de 2022. Presentaciones a través de eTendering – como se indica en el sistema. Notar que la zona horaria en el sistema es EST/EDT (New York). Es responsabilidad del Proveedor asegurarse de la hora de cierre del mismo.
