| Overview : UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision to Event management service-SPPS Annex 1 of this RFQ. Quotations must be submitted on or before February 17, 2022, by 04:30 PM (Bangladesh Time) through the online e-Tendering system at the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org Use your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using: Username: event.guest Password: why2change And follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide. Your Quotation must be expressed in English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days. This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents: - Section 1: This request letter

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline.
