| Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for an experience national research institution/a national research-based consulting firm/a local non-government organization to provide technical support for Promotion of Public Sector Innovation in Viet Nam. The objective of this consultancy package is to: - To promote government innovation for modern governance and responsive public services through the convention of policy fora , dialogues and an expo on public sector innovation with the participation of all relevant actors;
- To initiate a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure government innovation at the ministerial and provincial levels through an empirical study; and,
- To provide a learning journey on public sector innovation with local governments and relevant stakeholders.
