Reference is made to the UNDP published procurement notice for the ITB-080-22 Rehabilitation of roads for the villages of Mikhas Mullah Rahman and Khalil fathallah Khanaqeen district Diyala Governorate Iraq, on UNDP and UNGM websites, respectively. Due to the National Holiday of Newroz in Iraq between 20 March 2022 and 27 March 2022, all interested potential bidders are hereby notified that: - The bid submission deadline has been extended from March 24, 2022 to March 29, 2022. providing extra time to potential bidders to submit their bids with the required bid security.
- Bid Security Validity: the bid security to be valid up to 26 August 2022. If Bid security not valid till 26 August 2022, it will be rejected, and the bid will not be considered for further evaluation.
The interested bidders are kindly requested to adhere to the above instructions and submit their bids accordingly before the deadline. This Addendum 01 forms an integral part of the ITB-080-22. All other Terms and Conditions in this ITB will remain unchanged.
